- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15+ global business units
- Present technology visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future tech adoption
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technological maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, Web4)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in AI strategy or quantum computing (e.g., IBM Quantum, Google AI)
