Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic vision.
- Evaluate emerging tech vendors and innovations to determine their potential for integration.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype and test future concepts.
- Present complex technical foresight to executive leadership to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline; PhD is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or product management.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to bridge the gap between future possibilities and current execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
