Responsibilities

- Conduct foresight research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and synthesize actionable insights
- Design and execute innovation pilots integrating advanced technologies into production environments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to access cutting-edge research
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technology adoption cycles and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neuromorphic engineering, or climate-tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives at scale
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in innovation management or technology foresight highly desirable
