Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and emerging tech trends
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into business operations
- Manage cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep understanding of future-of-work trends and digital transformation
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIMP)
