Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional prototyping labs to validate next-gen tech feasibility
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in neuro-interfaces and ambient computing
- Advise C-suite on tech disruption risks and opportunities post-2025
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research institutes and AI ethics boards
- Author thought leadership on tech singularity preparation and human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with proven quantum/AI project leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech frameworks: quantum algorithms, AGI safety protocols, and blockchain 3.0
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 tech journals
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented tech innovations from concept to market
- Clearance for handling classified next-gen materials research data
