Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions in controlled environments
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders on tech evolution
- Monitor geopolitical shifts influencing tech policy and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, or synthetic biology
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or innovation policy
- Strong network with academic institutions and research labs
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in emerging tech governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
