Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact assessments
- Architect ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols for next-gen systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or future foresight roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and business factors
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from World Future Society) or equivalent
