Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with ethical guardrails
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory shifts in autonomous systems and biotech
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions for emerging tech R&D
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Design scalable infrastructure for 10x data growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of geopolitical tech regulations (e.g., AI Act, quantum export controls)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
