Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives and growth targets
- Oversee prototyping of futuristic solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and cross-disciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in strategic forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy (articles, patents, keynotes)
- Fluency in agile methodologies and emerging tech frameworks
