Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital interfaces, AGI) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present visionary tech strategies to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive disruptions through proprietary intelligence systems
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused technology portfolio management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
