You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, startup incubators, and global policy think tanks to develop forward-thinking strategies that position InnovateNext as the vanguard of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities across 15+ emerging sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members using data-driven scenario planning
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI modeling and risk mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Executive-level experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $25M
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of launching technologies that achieved >$1B market impact
