Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for critical roles in AI, Data Science, and Cloud Engineering.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for the 2026 technology stack.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent requirements and success metrics.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with top-tier engineering communities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
- Conduct compelling virtual and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the AI, SaaS, or Software Development space.
- Deep understanding of the tech stack relevant to 2026 (e.g., LLMs, Vector Databases, Edge Computing).
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill roles with a focus on top-tier talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence technical stakeholders.
