Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for technologies expected to mature by 2026, including advanced AI models and quantum interfaces.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and future-proof system architectures that integrate seamlessly with emerging hardware and software stacks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and data scientists in researching and prototyping next-generation algorithms and machine learning models.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of existing infrastructure to modern, 2026-ready standards, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate visionary goals into actionable technical requirements.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.

- Future-Forward Skills: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI (LLMs), Federated Learning, or quantum computing concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and navigating uncertainty in fast-paced environments.
