Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Innovation Lab: Lead a cross-functional team to prototype and validate next-generation technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological disruptions and regulatory challenges, implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Blockchain fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences; proven track record of leading high-performing teams through change.
