Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead research and development in cutting-edge fields, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into core products.
- Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as Web3, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
