Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable AI-driven systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and prototype emerging technologies.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance at scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, or distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects on time.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse technical teams.
- Familiarity with emerging web3 and quantum computing trends is a plus.
