Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Technology Integration: Lead the research and integration of next-generation software architectures, ensuring scalability and future-proofing of our platforms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Management: Oversee the Research & Development division, managing budgets and prioritizing projects that align with long-term business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and microservices architecture.
