- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to drive digital transformation.
- Predict and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term strategic projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and tech leads on emerging best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech trends.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and scalability strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
