Responsibilities
- Design Neural Architectures: Create scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks capable of processing petabyte-scale data in real-time.
- Quantum Integration: Spearhead the integration of hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into our core product suite.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in autonomous systems.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 5-year technical vision, aligning engineering goals with business objectives for the 'Year 2026' release cycle.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of ML engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Quantum Physics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with neuromorphic computing is highly preferred.
