- Trend Forecasting: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeline and evaluate their feasibility for production.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a strong focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture with a focus on innovation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware is highly preferred.
