We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead: AI & Quantum Architect to spearhead the integration of next-generation artificial intelligence with emerging quantum computing paradigms. This is a high-impact role for a technical leader who wants to define the standard for intelligent systems.
You will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and intelligent platforms that leverage the full potential of quantum-enhanced machine learning. We are looking for someone who thrives on ambiguity and is driven by the challenge of solving problems that are currently considered computationally impossible.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for enterprise-scale applications.
- Lead the technical vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability for 2026 operational demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI deployment.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging quantum hardware and cloud-based AI services to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum programming libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-performance computing.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
