- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Green Tech) for future integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to define the company's technological vision.
- Assess risks and feasibility of future tech adoption strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Enterprise Architecture, or Future Tech Development.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and implementing them 3+ years in advance.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Web3 ecosystems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of data security, scalability, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business plans.
