Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead quantum computing R&D initiatives to solve previously unsolvable problems
- Design immersive AR/VR ecosystems for next-gen human-computer interaction
- Mentor a diverse team of 10+ engineers in emerging technologies
- Drive innovation through patent development and industry thought leadership
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with 2026 market forecasts

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in AI/quantum computing
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent innovation track
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI breakthroughs
- Proven track record leading teams to build production-level quantum systems
- Expertise in federated learning, neural architecture search, and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
