Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical architecture with long-term business goals.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists in developing next-gen AI and automation solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced Neural Networks) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex technical visions into actionable product strategies.
- Oversee the architecture and security of scalable systems designed for future growth.
- Mentor junior leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Manage the budget and resource allocation for high-impact R&D projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or product leadership roles.
- Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech Strategy.
- Strong background in System Architecture with a focus on scalability and cloud-native solutions.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
