Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technological vision, identifying key innovations required to dominate the market by 2026.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and oversee the development of scalable, resilient, and futuristic software architectures that leverage cutting-edge tools.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Spatial Computing) to determine integration strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business units to translate high-level 2026 goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Team Mentorship & Growth: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring senior engineers and fostering a pipeline of future tech talent.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and systemic risks in long-term infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning or future-tech capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern programming languages.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies before they become mainstream.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex business goals into robust technical strategies with a clear timeline.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
