Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute the company's 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends like Quantum Computing and Advanced AI.
- Tech Evaluation: Conduct rigorous assessments of emerging technologies to determine viability and integration potential.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, future-proof systems that can handle next-gen data loads.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive leadership and non-technical teams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and Microservices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
