Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the research and deployment of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models to automate and optimize workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- R&D Oversight: Partner with external vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of emerging tech trends.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul legacy systems to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving digital transformation and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
