Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap leading up to 2026, focusing on scalability, next-gen AI integration, and quantum readiness.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers in researching and prototyping emerging technologies like Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Design robust, secure, and scalable system architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks to ensure our stack remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience implementing and scaling AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
