- Predictive Analysis: Monitor emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities for Chronos Future Systems.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with R&D teams, vendors, and academic institutions to pilot and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
- Resource Allocation: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of high-stakes innovation projects.
- Risk Management: Assess the feasibility and security risks of adopting futuristic technologies and implement mitigation strategies.
- Executive Reporting: Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in strategic planning or futurism.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and emerging hardware trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete, executable project plans.
