Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on next-gen AI, predictive analytics, and distributed ledger technologies.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that remain relevant as technology evolves over the next 3-5 years.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Prototype & Validate: Build and test high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts before full-scale deployment, ensuring a seamless transition into the 2026 era.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role focusing on emerging technologies.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with familiarity in quantum algorithm libraries or neural network frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into business value and technical strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
