Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the definition and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends like Neuromorphic Computing.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives in next-gen AI models and quantum algorithms.
- Tech Stack Curation: Select and integrate scalable technologies that align with long-term business goals and futuristic standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Standards & Mentorship: Establish technical standards for code quality, security, and innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and familiarity with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate and adapt to industry shifts leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
