Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the company's comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging trends and technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping futuristic solutions, such as advanced AI and next-gen interfaces.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the technical feasibility and business impact of proposed technologies to ensure alignment with long-term goals.
- Innovation Management: Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Architecture Planning: Guide the architectural evolution of our products to accommodate future tech integrations.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, or Quantum Computing trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
