- Prototype Development: oversee the rapid prototyping of next-gen products, moving from concept to MVP within agile sprints.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure responsible innovation and data privacy in future technologies.
- Talent Cultivation: Build and mentor a high-performance team of forward-thinking technologists.
Qualifications
- Strategic Foresight: 8+ years of experience in tech leadership, with a proven track record of launching disruptive products.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Edge Computing.
- Futuristic Mindset: Ability to predict and adapt to technological shifts, specifically regarding AI evolution and Web3 integration.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation in uncharted territories.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
