Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle exponential growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate external technology partnerships for strategic advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering major technology roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and their application in modern business workflows.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
