Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads and real-time neural processing.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Future-Proofing: Assess and integrate cutting-edge tools (e.g., WebGPU, Rust, WASM) to ensure our stack remains relevant in the evolving 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI or high-scale systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into long-term product strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.
