Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning for next-gen technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Autonomous Systems.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to prototype high-impact solutions.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate abstract future trends into concrete technical roadmaps and product features.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and startups to integrate into our core ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in a senior technical leadership role, specifically within AI, Robotics, or Future Tech sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, Neural Networks, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and pivot organizational strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
