Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing quantum readiness and advanced AI integration.
- Lead architectural design sessions to ensure scalability, security, and interoperability of next-gen systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Identify emerging trends (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and assess their feasibility for product integration.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture or engineering leadership.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and distributed systems.
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ engineers across multiple time zones.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or similar systems programming languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
