Your Mission

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems designed for 2026 and future technological landscapes.
- Lead the R&D division in exploring emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product features.
- Establish best practices for security, reliability, and code quality in a distributed environment.
- mentor senior engineers and guide the technical vision of junior developers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technical trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
