Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining high-level architecture for scalable AI and cloud solutions.
- Design and implement resilient microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data growth.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen edge computing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate generative AI models into core business workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for secure, high-performance code.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research on emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic chips.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-scale infrastructure or AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Proven track record in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS or GCP.
- Experience with MLOps, Data Pipelines (Apache Airflow, Kafka), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and cloud compliance (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
