Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Innovation Strategy, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing).
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership, Product Management, or Engineering Management.
