Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Lead the strategic definition and implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on advanced AI, quantum integration, and next-gen infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of creativity, technical excellence, and accountability.
- Innovation & Prototyping: Spearhead R&D projects to prototype cutting-edge technologies that will define the 2026 era.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Process Optimization: Establish scalable engineering practices and methodologies to ensure robust deployment of future-facing systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current trends and anticipate the technological needs of the year 2026.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
