Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for core products and services.
- Lead research and development in emerging technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Web.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, production-ready software.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product leadership, or technical architecture.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong ability to manage technical debt.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
