Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the execution of R&D initiatives focused on AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Define the 2026 technology roadmap and align it with business objectives and market trends.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration into core products.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making that balances speed, scalability, and future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Generative AI, Cloud Architecture, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
