Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap and innovation strategy.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term tech vision with business objectives.
- Oversee the migration to next-generation cloud architectures.
- Establish governance frameworks for the safe adoption of disruptive technologies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, IT Strategy, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term innovation and scalability.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
