Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a team of high-performing engineers in developing predictive models and autonomous systems for the 2026 release cycle.
- Architect scalable backend solutions capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) to prepare for the 2026 transition.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and AI ethics within the organization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
