Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the architectural vision for our AI and quantum hybrid systems, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing massive datasets in real-time.
- AI/ML Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into core product infrastructure.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for future product cycles.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML system architecture.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical teams.
