Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on Generative AI integration and Quantum Readiness.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in high-impact R&D initiatives.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Advanced LLMs) and evaluate their viability for product integration.
- Architect scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure capable of handling next-gen computational loads.
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
