Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and deploying scalable AI-driven platforms
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ use cases in healthcare, sustainability, and space exploration
- Establish technical standards and governance frameworks for futuristic systems
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through compelling vision presentations
- Mentor junior engineers in exponential technology principles
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in exponential technologies
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures or neuromorphic engineering
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell)
- Experience securing government and enterprise contracts for R&D
