Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, with a specific focus on AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech by 2026.
- Conduct rigorous market research and technology assessments to identify high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define feasibility and implementation strategies for new tech stacks.
- Mentor and manage a team of technical innovators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and agility.
- Present technical concepts and strategic visions to C-level executives and stakeholders to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
