Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum-resistant security frameworks for 2026-era systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols aligned with global regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate cross-continental development teams across 4 time zones
- Translate complex technical concepts into stakeholder-ready roadmaps
- Drive sustainable tech integration with carbon-neutral infrastructure design
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing or post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record scaling AI systems beyond 10M user interactions
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in sustainable cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
